What's in the export pack I get as Agent Pro?

How does the broker approval workflow work?

From the /agent dashboard, click Request on a listing. Enter your broker's email + an optional note. They get a magic-link email with a button to review — no Hausey account required. They see the listing, every passing variation, the structural check verdict per category, and the disclosure text, then approve or reject with their own note. Optionally, flip 'Require broker sign-off before export' on and no listing can be exported until a broker has approved it.

Does Hausey replace my MLS disclosure?

No. You're always responsible for your MLS-specific disclosure. We make it easier by providing ready-to-copy language and keeping the unaltered original one click away. You add the disclosure to your listing description.

What if my MLS is stricter than the default?

The provided disclosure covers language accepted by most state rules (CA AB 723, NAR SOP 12-1, common REBNY / FR-BAR patterns). Some regional MLSes add requirements — always check your MLS's specific policy.

What does 'structural consistency check' actually do?

After every generation in MLS-safer mode, a second AI pass compares the original to the restyled output across windows, doors, walls, fixtures, view through windows, camera angle, flooring material, and wall additions (millwork, sconces, arches). Any element marked as changed flags the variation. Hard failures trigger one regeneration attempt.

What if the check is wrong?

Tri-state: pass / uncertain / fail. Faded thumbnails in the gallery mean 'fail' — still visible if you want to inspect. If you disagree with a verdict, contact support and we'll review — every decision is logged with its evidence.
